Exchanges and Returns
• Alanna Zay does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged upon arrival where we will require a video of the unboxing to process the issue
Cancellation
• You can request order cancellation only if the product has not yet been shipped.
• If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund.
• Alanna Zay reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to issues such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or problems with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.
Damages and Issues
• Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, we will require a video of the unboxing to process the issue. Without this video, we will not be able to assist you with a replacement or refund.
• For damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at team@alannazay.com, providing the necessary details, and we will evaluate the issue and guide you on the next steps.
