Shipping

• At Alanna Zay, we take great care in delivering your jewellery. We have partnered with DTDC to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India. We ship to most pincodes, but delivery may not be available in certain areas.

• We offer free shipping on all pre-paid orders.

No Cash on Delivery is available at this time.

• Orders are shipped within 2 business days. There is no dispatch on Sundays or national holidays. 

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details.

Exchanges and Returns

• Alanna Zay does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds, except in cases where the product is damaged upon arrival where we will require a video of the unboxing to process the issue

Cancellation

• You can request order cancellation only if the product has not yet been shipped.

• If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund.

Alanna Zay reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to issues such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or problems with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, we will require a video of the unboxing to process the issue. Without this video, we will not be able to assist you with a replacement or refund.

• For damaged or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at team@alannazay.com, providing the necessary details, and we will evaluate the issue and guide you on the next steps.
